Adult Learning
I am a specialist in adult learning, having studied Instructional Design and Human Performance Technology at Master’s level. As learners, adults learn in a different way from children. It is my pleasure to facilitate learning using a wide range of techniques and technology, it’s extremely rewarding to me to offer this.
I am a qualified trainer and assessor with dual learning diplomas, Training Design & Development and Vocational Education & Training, as well as the current Cert IV.
The design and facilitation of my learning is interactive, engaging, and instantly applicable. My style is to create practical applications for easy integration into the workplace and I make the learning experience fun and enjoyable for all the participants.
